Orli from Classic Elite Yarns is a lacey crocheted skirt, with drawstring at waist, worked from the waist to the ornate border at hem. The skirt is worked in one piece from the waist down in rounds, turning work after each round unless otherwise specified. Skirt can easily be shortened by working fewer rows or lengthened by working more rows or by using a larger hook before working the border.
