Crocheted flowers offer both knitters and crocheters many options for pretty and unique embellishments, as well as decorative objects in their own right. We'll sample different styles of crocheted flowers in a variety of yarn weights and fibers. We'll look at charts and how they apply to these types of motifs. Students will leave class with a couple of completed flowers, leaves and stems, and the start of a few others. Written instructions and resources for future creations will be provided. For best results, students should have completed Crochet I OR have had experience making crocheting something worked in the round, such as a potholder or crocheted motifs, such as granny squares, snowflakes, etc.
