Comments about "" Angel Prints:

I used the yarn doubled to knit a prayer shawl/scarf for a dear friend going in for surgery and subsequent chemotherapy. Her skin will be very tender so the shawl/scarf needed to be very soft while keeping her warm.

Pros

  • Gorgeous Colorways
  • Not itchy
  • Weightless Warmth

Cons

    Best Uses

    Comments about "" Angel Prints:

Excellent and even easy to correct mistakes when I used E-H crochet hooks. Not so easy to go back in knitting and fix mistakes so use extra care when knitting. The fuzzies hold the heat between the lacy stitches making shawls extra, extra warm. So luxurious! These shawls are perfect for the chilly office, a night at the opera or Game Day in the den. Nice price too.

    Comments about "" Angel Prints:

I blended two different print mohair with a pink tweed and a raspberry tweed into a striped scarf that changed ever other row. The two different mohair prints put a lot of variety in the striping pattern. It adds loft and strength without any extra weight.

      Comments about "" Angel Prints:

I'm a professional lace shawl maker and have vast experience with lightweight mohair and blends. The downside of ethereal results is that rather than knitting, one often has to chase the airy yarn around the room! For whatever reason, this exceptional yarn is well-behaved. I don't know why!
Angel Prints is a yummy yarn;even softer than my other favorite light mohairs. The hand is beyond description. It's just the loveliest yarn you'll ever hold, and it has no bad qualities. None.
Even frogging works well with this yarn. It doesn't want to grab onto itself and 'unknits'easily for a mohair blend. After frogging even twice in the same spot, the yarn never gets the bald look one would expect.

            Comments about "" Angel Prints:

I used it to make a large scarf. The dye from skein to skein in the same dye lot was so different that one side of the scarf is noticeably more vivid. Make sure you don't have to rip anything back as it likes to tie itself together and snap if you have to pull it apart.

I'll overlook these issues though as it's so feathery light, and amazingly soft.
