Comments about Legwarmers PDF - Debbie Bliss Magazine #7:

I have never done stranded colorwork before, but wanted to learn. I haven't finished one of these yet, but I am about half done with the first one. It is working well so far, and I like it. No idea at this point how this will block out, but that won't be because of the pattern. What is very wrong with the pattern is the required yarn amount. I don't know if the black is too much yet, but I am completely certain that there is not enough of the white. I have weighed my remaining yarn and it is clear that you need almost as much of the white as of the black. This is a big error and really important. No excuse for it from an established yarn manufacturer like Debbie Bliss.
