Figheadh Yarnworks Alltan Cable Blanket PDF
Alltan, meaning “brook” or
“stream” in Gaelic is so named for the rippling cables covering two sections
of the blanket on either side of a central path from Jen Hagan Design. On the
Alltan Cable Blanket, beside each “stream,” appear “fences,” and each section is
edged with “river rock.” The entire scene is composed of cables to give you a
fun, cozy knit project. Imagining a pastoral stroll beside a rippling brook as
you knit is just a bonus! Alltan is knit from the bottom up in one piece with
lots of generous cables in a choice of two lengths. The cable patterns
are charted and written out.
