Make your own Viking warrior cap
with the Ingefred pattern from Jen Hagan Design! Its modular construction gives
you lots of choices—make a headband, a beanie, or a full-blown ear flap hat all
from one pattern. Start with the cabled band, graft the ends, and expand from
there if you wish. Pompoms are optional, but the coziness is a certainty,
especially if you choose to line the band and ear flaps. The cable
patterns are charted and written out.
