Frabjous Fibers Hand-dyed BFL-Silk Blend fiber is a spectacular combination of Bluefaced Leicester and Tussah silk, in a 4-ounce braid. The two fibers take the dye differently, creating a beautiful effect both in the unspun fiber and in the finished yarn. This fiber is a dream to spin! Frabjous Fibers dyes using a special method that lets the colors blend and shift, creating a complex colorway. This fiber is fluffy, soft and easily draftable. When spinning yarn from more than one braid, mix the fibers as you go for the best color distribution. This fiber not only spins wonderfully but felts nicely as well!
