Knitter's Pride Nova Cubics Platina Single Pointed Needles 10"

$5.99 Each

The Knitter's Pride Nova Cubics Platina Single Pointed Needles 10" have a cuboid shape that gradually gives way to perfectly tapered, pointier, newly remodeled points, and colorful wooden tips. The ergonomic shape is comfortable to hold, lessens the need to grip tightly, and yields uniform stitch formation. The special shape also means that these needles stay put when not in use. The chrome finish makes these needles very smooth to work with - it also provides resistance to corrosion & is easy to clean! Note: current images are only representative, needle sizes may not look the same.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM!!

By baaboo74

from Wausau, WI

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Not Hard On My Hands

Cons

  • They Don't Come In 14"

Best Uses

I have arthritis in my hands, but I LOVE to knit. It takes e a while to get a project done due to having to pause from pain, so when I saw the reviews from these needles, I decided to buy a pair of size 5 to try them out. I could knit a dish cloth all the way through without taking a break!! If they made them in 14", I'd buy a full set!

Great for tight knitters & crampy hands

    By Elianah-Sharon

    from Pittsburgh, PA

    Pros

    • Needle Sharp Points
    • Slippery Finish

    Cons

    • Slippery finish

    Best Uses

I got these needles to try to alleviate my crampy hands from arthritis and tight knitting. Almost as soon as I moved my knitting over to them I noticed a difference. They make it almost impossible to knit as tightly add I did and thus, to hold my needles as tightly. My hands weren't AS crampy. After knitting for a few hours I was convinced these are going to be my go to needles, as much as I love Karbonz...these just don't hurt. the biggest issue I have is casting on. Because the chrome finish is so slippery, the yarn slides right off. I've resolved this by casting onto my Karbonz and then switching over. I also have the Platina Cubic circular and don't have the same issue - casting on its easier with them. If you have cramping hands or arthritis issues I can't recommend these needles enough. You can't go wrong.
