    Comments about 27.00 Sportmate:

I knitted socks for a thicker winter sock with LL Sportmate and these have become my favorites. The yarn is a joy to knit with and works up quickly. Love, love, love the colors...especially Beverly. Can't wait to start another pair of socks.

I love, love, LOVE this yarn! It knits up beautifully and has such a soft hand! For a 34 year old son who is NOT going to hand wash any knit items, this makes wonderfully soft scarves and hats that will be easy care. Did I say that i LOVE this yarn????

      Comments about 27.00 Sportmate:

Just finished a shawlette with this beautifully dyed yarn. The weight of the yarn is perfect - light yet warm. It drapes nicely and is fun to knit. I've only hand washed it, so I don't know how it machine washes. It blocked nicely too. My recommendation would be to have skeins with more yardage- 270 yards in one skein weren't quite enough for my project.
