This compact, elegant eight harness loom is “small but mighty” and surpasses many large floor looms in terms of functionality. Using an ingenious spring system, David is a sinking shed jack loom with an impressively wide shed. The loom features a friction brake and a standing beater and can fold easily with no loose parts. There have been many upgrades made such as a sturdier frame, an improved and smoother advancing mechanism, simpler tie-up system, and more! We carry the David in 2 sizes (70 cm - 35” and 90cm 27 ⅝”) to fit different needs. The David is made of lacquered beech and comes with the castle section assembled to ease the set-up of the loom.
