Miriam Felton Cleite Shawl PDF
This shawl by Miriam Felton is named after Cleite, one of the fabled Amazons of the ancient world, who accompanied the Amazon queen, Penthesilea, to the Trojan War. Designed with a simple stitch pattern, the placement of the decreases creates a scalloped line when bound off without adding a separate edging. That makes this a perfect shawl for handspun, as you can bind off whenever you run out of yarn.
