Product Details
Designed to coordinate with Nelkin Designs' Mica Mitts, this Mica Tam combines the twisted rib stitch with a beaded variation of feather and fan. The tam is worked from the brim to the top and is designed with just the right amount of slouch.
Finished Size: approx. 21" around stretched x 8¼" deep
Yarn: 200 yards of fingering weight yarn
Needles: US 3 (3.25mm) DPNs OR 16" circular; US 4 (3.5mm) DPNs AND 24" circular
Gauge: 30 sts and 36 rnds= 4" in pattern, blocked on larger needles
Beads: 266 Size 6 glass seed beads
