Seamless Top Down Cardigan and Romper from OGE Knitwear Designs is a seamless little top-down baby sweater that would be a suitable knit for the intermediate knitter. The top can be knit with or without sleeves. The romper is knit in garter stitch with a small amount of seaming. This set is a perfect newborn gift!
