Perfect Top-Down Socks, Every Time!

Top-down socks are not only fun to knit, but offer several advantages to the knitter: it's easy to try it on as you knit to ensure a well-fitted calf, and to gauge the length of the foot from the heel. Learn how to knit a perfect top-down sock every time from measurements with a few simple calculations. Starting with a great cast-on technique for stretchy ribbing, students will learn how to knit to measurements, how to turn a heel and fit a perfect foot, and finally, conquer Kitchener stitch!
