Small Group Mini-Consultation on Personal Knitting Ergonomics
With Carson Demers!
Ever feel aches and pains after or during knitting? This small group setting is an opportunity for knitters to receive direct feedback about their knitting ergonomics and personal habits that create a risk of injury. Knitters learn how to identify and reduce the risk of injury and discomfort through working individual analyses with Carson and observing others do the same. A short questionnaire will be given to students before class to aid in the analysis.
