I love this yarn for socks. Very soft and hard wearing. It comes in beautiful colors, knits up beautifully on size 1 US needles. I knit many pairs of socks and wear them daily with clogs or without shoes inside and in my opinion socks knit with Amble hold up much longer than socks knitted with 75/25 or 80/20 yarn . I also knitted a Musselburgh hat with 2 colors and it is super soft and warm. The yarn holds its shape well.

This yarn is great to work with, it creates a beautiful fabric and I love that it's machine washable. I have found it to be slightly splitty, but it hasn't been a major issue.

I LOVE this wonderful yarn - especially for socks. It has beautiful stitch definition and is very soft yet durable. I've used it for colorwork and the various shades blend beautifully.

Soft but yet seems like it will hold structure and beautifully dyed.
