THE FIBRE COMPANY PLUS KELBOURNE WOOLENS
Prospect Shrug - Pathways Collection
Keep your shoulders warm, and your look feminine and light with the lacy Kelbourne Woolens Prospect Shrug by Laura Nelkin, knit in the beautiful Road to China Lace. The shrug is worked from the center out. First a square of lace is worked in the round for the back. Each sleeve is then created by working a flat lace panel out for a few inches and then joining those stitches into the round to create the sleeve shaping. Finally, stitches are picked up all the way around the inside of the shrug to pull it all together with a ribbed short row collar. It's recommended to use sharp tip lace needles for this project.
