Comments about "" Cirrus Cotton:

there was only 1 ball that had a different color than the other 4 of the same, and I purchased 4 or 5 balls of 4 different colors.

Not consistent

By

from South Carolina

Comments about "" Cirrus Cotton:

Good things:
. Very soft
. Washes nicely
. Good as a fluffy accent

Not-so-good things:
. Looks like they were having production problems, some of the balls I bought should have been labelled as seconds. This was more of a problem with the multi-colored yarns.
. Not really a bulky yarn--I got my best results on 8 and 9 needles
. Has a very informal sweatshirt look when used alone. This can be frustrating if that isn't what you were planning.

VARIES GREATLY BALL TO BALL

By

from New Hampshire

Comments about "" Cirrus Cotton:

These ball vary GREATLY from ball to ball. Some of my balls were in about a dozen pieces knotted together, others were one long strand. Some of the yarn goes thick and thin, and other balls are more smooth. I purchased about 20 balls for 2 projects, and after finishing the first, may can the 2nd.

Comments about "" Cirrus Cotton:

I am so glad I discovered this yarn! It is a pleasure to work with because it is so soft and doesn't shed. I am making a baby blanket for my first born (due in 5 months) out of the "fluffy cloud" and the ivory color is exactly what I wanted. The price is also very affordable, meaning that I can splurge on 10 skeins without feeling super guilty! I like it so much, I ordered a few in red as well. I just wish they had more colors to choose from!

Actual colors not the same as website

      Comments about "" Cirrus Cotton:

I purchased this yarn to make a baby blanket as a gift. The colors on the website were soft and subtle, and the white looked white. What I received were harsh colors and white that was almost yellow. The banana cream looked more like color of egg yolks and the soft green was much yellower than pictured.
