This is a no-nonsense, good quality yarn that I have bought numerous times when I needed to make non-woolen items. I’ve made a toddler hoodie, an Aran sweater, leg warmers, hats, and probably other things I’ve forgotten from this good yarn. I’m glad it exists; it’s a nicer, softer synthetic yarn than others available in craft stores. It holds up well. It’s a winner.

I usually don't buy acrylic yarn but I had some of this uptown worsted and needed more for a baby blanket. Very soft, really good to work with, excellent for a baby project since it's machine washable/dryable. Only downside was that a small amount of one skein was not twisted— a bit strange but it worked up ok.
Beautiful yarn! Used for children's items. They all turned out wonderfully! Will buy again!
The color that I ordered is ""lavender"". I went by the picture. Don't. It is definitely purple instead of the picture color that is a much more interesting, muted with a bit more pink.
