Lewiston is a stunning addition to the Kathy Elkins Fall in New England Collection with its featured sideways cable and easy A-line fit. Valley Yarns Wachusett is an incredibly soft blend of cashmere and Merino wool that has a slight halo and creates cozy warm garments and accessories. Lewiston begins with two knit-flat cable panels that become the front and back with stitches picked up along the long edges, joined to knit in the round, and knit down for the body. To complete the upper body, stitches are picked up along the other edge of the cable panel and worked flat to the shoulder for both the front and back, joining with a three-needle bind-off. Sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole edges and worked in the round to the cuff. Knit Lewiston for a versatile pullover that’s velvety soft and hits a wonderful balance of casual and elegant. Cable panel is both charted and written out.
