Celestina is a semi-circular shawl worked from the top down in alternating bands of garter stitch and a striking mock cable pattern. Valley Yarns Northfield is a soft and luxurious blend of Merino wool, alpaca, and silk that has a cable-plied structure that makes textures pop. Celestina begins with a garter tab and has concentrated increase rows that quickly increase the size of the shawl to its semi-circular shape.
