Great weight, machine washable, fantastic texture and sheen
Charlemont is my favorite yarn. Great weight, fantastic texture, machine washable.
The yarn is so slippery that it was difficult to wind into a ball. Also, it splits quite readily. It did, however, knit into a very soft fabric. Also, I’ve ordered a lot of yarn from WEBS, and this is the only yarn that was disappointing.
Needed more yarn for a project started years ago. Was able to get the needed yarn in the same dye lot. Amazing! I did not expect that, only hoped it would be close enough that I could assimilate it into my half done sweater.
I ordered the Valley Yarns Charlemont in the teal color. It really is a beautiful jewel tone! I returned because it is a little on the green side which would not work for my Yarn combination. I will very likely come back for a blue tone.
I love Charlemont yarn - its my go to ********* yarn.
