Valley Yarns Valley Superwash DK Hand Dyed by Manos del Uruguay

The Valley Superwash you know and love, now available in hand-dyed colors crafted for you by Manos del Uruguay! A non profit organization, Manos del Uruguay aims to bring economic and social opportunities to the rural women of Uruguay. Known for their vibrant colors and artisan dyeing processes, Valley Yarns is excited to host a special line of their amazing colors.

We are also excited to have a special color group created by designer Thea Colman of BabyCocktails!

All Valley Superwash yarn is made from 100% extrafine Merino wool, and is machine-washable in cold water with a mild detergent or Eucalan. This DK weight yarn is incredibly soft and is a great choice for everything from afghans to baby projects. 

Hand-dyed yarns have subtle variations in colors that are natural and may vary from skein to skein.  There may be differences between pictures shown and the yarn you receive. To ensure the best results for your project:

• Buy enough yarn for your entire project at one time.
• When using hand-dyed yarn in your project work two rows from one skein and two rows from another skein to give an overall blended effect.
