Beautifully soft yarn. I'm doubling the strands for a heavy worsted / bulky weight, and it's working perfectly on size 10 needles.

Comments about "" Milk & Honey:

I ordered this yarn in white, gray and salmon, and am just finishing a baby sweater in the white. I had never knit with a milk blend yarn before; I found it to be exceptionally pleasant--not at all stiff, coarse, or dry in my hands, and it drapes in a pleasing manner. I haven't had any problems with unravelling, and I've corrected several mistakes. I also like that the colors have a warm tone that is flattering to pale skin. This shade of white, as well as the grey and salmon, make pale skin look more alive instead of washed out.

I purchased the Milk and Honey for a large crochet wrap as an alternative to Manos Del Uruguay for budget reasons. I am very pleased with the results. Soft, easy to crochet/knit and shows off the pattern texture nicely.

Comments about "" Milk & Honey:

I used this yarn to knit the Gemini pullover from knitty. I got the grey and it's incredibly soft. It has been knitting up quickly for me. My only issues have been one skein with a matted section of yarn that could not be twisted back to shape, but that was only one of 7 skeins. I have also had minor trouble with the yarn twisting itself and one skein split quite a bit and with the small plys it was difficult to decide which piece of yarn to knit with it. Overall though I would knit with it again. None of the issues were insurmountable or overly time consuming to deal with.
