Cabled Poncho Kit includes all the Wachusett yarn needed to knit this stunning layering piece and the Winter 2018/19 issue of Vogue Knitting.
This breathtaking design by Deborah Newton proves that a poncho can still be shapely. The front and back are started flat and joined in the round, working from the bottom up. Cabled Poncho is oversized at the lower edge and closer fitting at the shoulders, with ribbed sleeve cuffs that echo the turtleneck. Short rows shape the shoulders, and the multidimensional cables give the poncho structure and keep the knitter engaged. Only two small seams are required for the sleeve cuffs for minimal finishing work. Note: Stitch patterns are charted only.
