Yankee Knitter Designs 24 Traditional Christmas Stockings

What would be more fun than knitting Christmas stocking? Traditional Christmas Stockings from Yankee Knitter Designs are quick and easy to work up!  The knitting pattern includes instructions and graphs for two stockings. Choose between the Santa, Tree, and Reindeer stocking or the Candy Cane, Snowman, and Rocking Horse stockings, or you can always mix and match the graphs to make it unique. These stockings are knit flat up to the foot, and then the stitches are put on double-pointed needles, and the foot is knit like a regular sock. The motifs are in chart form only.

Finished Measurements: Approximately 23” from top to toe

     Main Color:
          95 yards each of red and green
          65 yards of white
     Santa Stocking:
           5 yards each of rose, blue and yellow
           2 yards of black
     Snowman Stocking:
           5 yards of yellow
           2 yards each of blue and black
Needles:
     US 7 (4.50mm) DPNs
     US 8 (5.00mm) single points
Gauge: 18 sts = 4” in stockinette stitch
