Lykke

Lykke knitting needles have earned a loyal following among knitters who want warm, lightweight wood paired with smooth, even joins. Because the lineup spans fixed circulars, double-pointed needles, interchangeable sets, and crochet hooks, it helps to know what distinguishes each option before you add one to your project bag.

Picking a Needle Style

Lykke driftwood fixed circular needles, such as the Lykke Driftwood 24" or 32" Fixed Circular Needles, work well for sweaters, blankets, and other pieces worked in the round or back and forth with many stitches. Double-pointed needles like the Lykke Driftwood 6" set suit socks, mittens, and small-diameter tubes, while interchangeable needles let you swap tips onto different cable lengths as a project grows. If you're also browsing other brands, our full Knitting Needles selection makes it easy to compare materials side by side.

Choosing a Length and Set

Shorter circulars, like a 9" or 12" fixed circular, are suited to hats, cowls, and sleeves, while longer lengths handle larger projects or magic loop knitting. Many knitters keep a range of lengths on hand so they're ready for whatever pattern catches their eye, and an interchangeable set offers that flexibility in one case.

Beyond Needles

Lykke also offers crochet hooks finished in the same driftwood style, and the playful Amitami kits, such as the Lykke Amitami Milo the Bear Kit, make a great introduction to the brand for new stitchers or as a gift. Once you've picked out your needles, browse Knitting Patterns or Crochet Patterns for a project to cast on.
