Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Usually, it takes us 1–2 business days to process your order before it’s packed and shipped, but this may vary depending on different circumstances. We make every effort to ship within this timeframe. Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping time is not guaranteed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to other factors.

United States (Contiguous US)

Shipping is $6.99 on orders up to $74.99.
Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. 
(Please note: Digital items are not included in shipping calculations.)

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $12.99.
There is no free shipping threshold for these locations.

Canada

Shipping to Canada is $15.99.
Please note that this charge is in USD, not CAD.
There is no free shipping threshold for Canadian orders.

Expedited Shipping - (Contiguous US only)

If you need your crafting supplies sooner, we offer faster shipping options with Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Air through UPS. You can choose one of these options at checkout for an extra cost. 

Please note that it usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order before it ships. Expedited shipping is based on the day the order ships out, not the day it is placed.

UPS doesn't ship or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed near the weekend will be shipped on business days only. For example, if you place an order on Saturday with Next Day Air, it will leave our facility on the following Monday at the earliest and is guaranteed for delivery on the next business day.

Please keep in mind that expedited shipping is not available for delivery to a PO BOX.
