Malabrigo patterns are designed around the特性 of Malabrigo's hand-dyed yarns, so matching the right pattern to the right base makes a real difference in how your finished project looks and feels.
Matching Pattern to Yarn Weight
Patterns written for a bulky base, like Malabrigo Rasta, work up quickly into cozy accessories, while sock-weight patterns suit finer yarns such as Malabrigo Sock. Worsted-weight designs, often written with Malabrigo Rios in mind, are versatile enough for garments, cowls, and shawls alike. Patterns like the Malabrigo Bryce Canyon Cowl or Malabrigo Greenwich PDF show how a single skein can become a wearable accessory.
