Is this beginner-friendly?

If you're comfortable with knit and purl stitches and following a pattern, you can make this cardigan. It's rated intermediate, but it's worked flat, so there's no knitting in the round. The video guides you from casting on through finishing.

How quickly can I make it?

Most knitters can finish it in about 15 to 20 hours. Super chunky yarn and US 11 (8mm) needles help the project come together quickly.

Can I use another yarn?

Yes, but Paintbox Simply Super Chunky will give you the intended fit and bubble texture. If you substitute another yarn, choose a super chunky weight and check your gauge before starting.
