WEBS Store Hours

Monday–Wednesday, Friday 10:00am–6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am–5:30pm,
Thursday evenings until 8:00pm, 

WEBS is closed the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We also close early at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

WEBS & COVID-19

We want to be part of the solution, and with the increased concerns over public health related to COVID-19 (coronavirus), we’ve decided to close our retail store for the time being, starting on Saturday, March 21st. We will let you know when we plan to reopen the store.  We hope to only be closed for two weeks but we will continue to follow state and federal guidelines and what we feel is in the best interest of our team.  We will keep you all posted!

Our online store is open for business as usual! Please know that we appreciate you and warmly welcome you at yarn.com as always. Our friendly Customer Service Team is available via phone, chat or email for some extra help—or to just to say hello. We are working closely with our suppliers and our shipping department to ensure their safety, while also fulfilling your orders as quickly as we can.  Given the unprecedented situation, please understand shipping may take a little longer than usual.  While we have redeployed many of our retail team to our Easthampton facility,  we are adjusting schedules to ensure social distancing, our suppliers are working their hardest to get us product while protecting their teams, etc. In-store pickup will not be available. If you have questions about your Store Pickup order, please contact Customer Service.
