Quick to knit with super bulky weight yarn & big needles.
Knit flat, in one piece, back & forth on US size 13 circular knitting needles.
SIX BLANKET SIZES:
Baby: 27” wide x 27.5” long
Small: 34” wide x 36” long
Medium: 37.5” wide x 38.5” long
Large: 41” wide x 49.5” long
XL: 48” wide x 54” long
XXL: 55” wide x 61” long
Any blanket size may be made longer by adding pattern repeats. Each pattern repeat adds 2.25” to length of the blanket.
SUPER BULKY YARN:
Baby: 320 - 335 yards
Small: 480 - 510 yards
Medium: 560 - 600 yards
Large: 800 - 840 yards
XL: 1010 - 1060 yards
XXL: 1270 - 1370 yards
The texture of the pattern will show up best with solid color yarns.
Be sure to buy additional yarn if you plan to add length to your blanket.
Blocking of finished knitting is recommended.
