The yarn sold as a "kit" with this pattern is soft and easy to knit. Even for a short person, however, the top is quite short/ cropped even. I've added one extra skein on the front AND on the back. The result seems pretty perfect. I would have given this 5 stars had I not needed to revise the pattern.

Good basic pattern

The instructions for the back specify knitting 21.5" from the cast on edge. This is incorrect. This is the blocked measurement according to the schematic. It's more like 18", pre-blocked.

I love this pattern. I haven't purchased the yarn yet. I'm planning on Sangria or Flamingo. I kind of in a pink mood.

The pattern is easy to work. The yarn is really beautiful but it was not enough, I reordered one more hank and this was sufficient.
