Product Details

*This class fulfills the Non-Knitting Elective Requirement for WEKP.

Explore the construction of PetiteKnit’s Champagne Cardigan in this pattern-focused workshop. Learn how to shape a top-down raglan yoke, create a deep V-neck with short rows, and work polished double-knit button plackets. Perfect for knitters looking to build confidence with garment shaping and finishing techniques. You’ll also gain tips on reading patterns, troubleshooting tricky sections, and understanding how shaping affects fit. By the end of class, you’ll have a deeper understanding of garment construction that you can apply to future projects.

Students should purchase the pattern prior to class.

For the comfort and safety of our students and teachers, students may be asked to wear a mask during in person classes and workshops, and masks are available upon request.

- C/O 20 stitches. Knit the first 5 rows. Knit to 3" in stockinette (knit the right sides, purl the wrong sides) and leave the stitches live on the needles.

There will be weekly homework.

When possible, please buy your materials from WEBS.
