The pattern includes both left and right mitt instructions with tailored shaping for each hand.

Techniques Used

The Rossina Mitts are worked in the round using double pointed needles, a fundamental technique for creating seamless cylindrical garments. The mittens feature cable work as the primary decorative element, with four repeats of a charted cable pattern integrated throughout the design. The pattern incorporates increases worked strategically to shape the mitt, including M1R (make one right) and M1L (make one left) increases for shaping the thumb gusset area. Stitch markers are used to track pattern repeats and shaping sections.

Stitches Used
