any Bulky weight yarn in main color approx. 130,180,220,260,290,320g or 200,277,338,400,446,492yards, (For the sample I used Ophelia Italy Emma yarn)
- circular needles US size 10 – 6mm, or size needed to obtain gauge
- 5 double point needles US size 10 – 6mm
- two stitch holders
- buttons - 3 for smaller sizes and 5 up to 7 for bigger sizes (approx. 20mm wide)
- tapestry needle
- crochet hook (5mm) optional
