This hat is a favorite of my family. We have seen moose, deer, fox, rabbits, pheasant, turkeys and other animals in Vermont, but never a bear. While I love bears on hats and knitwear, I hope to NEVER meet one on one of my walks in the woods…. Choose size by circumference for best fit.
Charts are all slightly different by size to fit stitch count

Finished Height Shorter: 7 ( 8 , 8 ) in / 17.75 ( 20.25, 20.25 ) cm
Finished Height Taller: 7.5 ( 8.5, 9 ) in / 19 ( 21.5, 23 ) cm
Finished Circumference: approximately 17 ( 19, 21 ) in / 43 ( 48, 53.5 ) cm
Gauge: 20 sts and 26 rows = 4 in / 10 cm in stranded Stockinette stitch, blocked.

Love the pattern but the chart is so small I can’t figure out how I will be able to follow it Indra
Cute and clear pattern. (I wish the pattern grid were bigger or could be more easily expanded so it was easier to see and follow) The pattern itself is terrific though. I"m making a set for the grandkids.
