About Berroco Marmot Yarn
Berroco Marmot is a luxurious 100% nylon yarn crafted by Berroco. This distinctive yarn features a soft, fur-like texture created by blending nylon fibers in multiple colors and lengths to achieve an irresistible tactile quality and sophisticated appearance. Each ball contains 1.75 oz (50g) of yarn. The fiber requires gentle care—handwashing is recommended, with garments laid flat to dry to maintain their beautiful texture and shape.
Yarn Specifications and Gauge
Berroco Marmot works at a gauge of 4 stitches over 1 inch when worked on US size 8 (5mm) needles. For larger projects, the gauge increases to 16 stitches and 24 rows over 4 inches. These gauge measurements are essential for achieving proper fit and drape in the finished garments.
