Comments about Yarn: Berroco Cotolana (47% Wool/ 47% Cotton/ 6% Nylon, 50g/109yds); 3 balls each #3501 White Pine and #3510 Maple 375 Windham PDF:

Yarn shown in pattern was cotton, held double. Very pretty, but I had bulky wool for substitution. No changes in pattern, gauge fine. A nice big shawl for my daughter in wintery Spokane, Washington, where she walks Leo, her Golden Retriever, five to ten miles a day in wind, rain, snow, sunshine.
