Berroco Chapin designed by Alison Green is a classic women’s Aran pullover knit entirely in the round with an updated feminine silhouette using Providence. The dramatic balloon sleeves are worked separately to the underarms, then all the pieces are joined, and the yoke is worked with saddle shoulder shaping. Providence from Berroco is a single-ply, thick and thin yarn with flecks of contrasting colors spun into it. The Merino wool and baby alpaca give Providence softness while the silk adds strength and a slight sheen. This colorful DK weight is an excellent choice for this luxurious cabled piece. The cable pattern is in chart form only.
