Techniques Used

The Berroco Lilo, Lila, and Linde pillow patterns employ several advanced knitting techniques to create visual interest and texture:

Materials: Yarn, Needles, and Notions

Yarn: All three pillows are created using Berroco Remix Chunky yarn, a substantial 100-gram ball weight that works up quickly. The color palette includes Birch (main color), Strawberry, Smoke, Buttercup, and Ocean. The yardage requirements total 4 balls of Birch, 3 balls each of Strawberry and Smoke, and 2 balls each of Buttercup and Ocean to complete the entire collection of three pillows.

Needles and Notions: US size 10 (6 mm) knitting needles are required for working the Berroco Remix Chunky yarn to the specified gauge. Additional notions include a 2-inch pompom maker for creating embellishments (particularly for Lilo), and either three 16-inch square knife-edge pillow forms or polyfil stuffing for finishing.
