This yarn is great and would buy it again
I’ve worked with Ultra Alpaca many times over the years. It occupies a space between ordinary and luxe: there’s nothing showy about it, but it’s soft and has a slight halo because of the alpaca. Also, the colors are pleasing to me, while the colors of many other yarns seem harsh or lacking in subtlety. Ultra Alpaca is one of my go-to yarns.
live in MN yarn is soft and warm
A nice firm yarn with a rich dye and a soft feel. No pilling or splitting. I made a shawl with this alpaca several years ago and it still looks great. Highly recommended!
