I used this to make a Zelda Cloche. There were so many beautiful colors to choose from. I find myself seeking projects out that I can use this yarn for. The texture and drape and stitch definition were so perfect I didn't want my project to be finished!

I made a hat and mittens with this yarn. These looked beautiful initially, but didn't wear very well. The mittens got very felted from just one session of cross-country skiing. The hat shrank from being handwashed in cold water. Despite being slightly oversized initially, after just 2 washes it was too small to wear.

My granddaughter is enjoying using this yarn as she learns to weave on a hand-held loom she received for her birthday. The loom was on her wish list. Relatives bought different yarns. She likes this one and two others I bought here the best. :)

I am using this yarn for a sweater. It is light weight and stretchy. Great to carry along when travelling. The only complaint is that it sheds. This is the 2nd time I used this yarn

Comments about 7.00 Ultra Alpaca Light:

I buy most of my yarn from Webs/Yarn.com. Ive never had a problem with any of it. The one time I returned yarn to them was due to a color issue; my computer showed a light tan (which is what I thought I ordered) and it was bright lime green when it arrived. Webs took the yarn back with no questions! Berroco yarn is one of my favorites; can't buy it locally!

This yarns knits up beautifully and quite quick. I am still working on my project a shawl for my sister-in-law. I would like it a bit softer, but I think after I wash it it will become softer. I will buy this yarn again.
