The colors are beautiful with random changes. I purchased 6 skeins. The 4 I have used so far have each had 2 areas with only nylon, no wool, ranging in length from 4 to 9 inches and 2 or 3 knots that were tied in some random place. There are sections that appear glossy, and those that have more of a matte finish. The two sides of my sweater look like different products were used right now. Hoping the skein used to add a front band and fold back collar help pull this all together. This is not a discount yarn and I expected better quality and consistency. Having tried this on as I have worked, it is lightweight and warm, free of strong odors associated with many dies.
