Billie and Bertie Highland Cows

This adorable duo are all dressed up for a day out, with the proud father bull Billy taking calf Bertie on a walk around Woolly Farm. These toys uses stockinette, reverse stockinette and garter stitch to make a pair of textured knits. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the toys are knit in DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish. The bull is 19cm tall and calf 14cm tall.
