Soft yarn that drapes beautifully and splices conveniently
I've worked with Baby Alpaca Sport before, and have always loved its soft hand and gentle sheen. It knits up at a variety of gauges and drapes beautifully at 20-24 stitches per 4 inches. This yarn is particularly lovely, a delicate heathered blue-grey, suitable for men's and women's clothing and accessories. After washing, the yarn blooms slightly, creating a pretty fabric. I also love that this is NOT a super-wash yarn; I can splice it easily with water without knotting in each new skein....
