Woolstok Tweed Aran
I love this yarn! It is slightly bigger than worsted but I have a tight gauge so I can use it as a substitute in most cases. No itch. It is lovely. I wish it came in more colors , but maybe eventually…

The Woolstok family is growing! Woolstok Tweed Aran from Blue Sky Fibers is a lovely 4-ply yarn with flecks of tweed sprinkled in. This yarn is a fantastic choice for hats and sweaters! Cables will show up with excellent definition due to the roundness of Woolstok Aran Tweed.

almost bulky alittle heavier then aran weight, works up beautifully. L mad a lovelly throw blanket.
Rustic-looking but very soft. Beautiful to work with!
easy to purchase
yarn.com is my go-to for wools I can't buy locally.
I've now made two sweaters with this wool and it is delightful. Just enough lanolin to make the knitting go quickly, but not so much that it gums up the needles. Leave plenty of time for drying after you wetblock -- it's a thickly-spun wool and doesn't like to give up the water! Colors are earthy and pretty and the dyes don't bleed in lukewarm water.

Soft against the skin. All of the colors are beautiful beyond words and I can’t wait to finish this sweater because when I moved from CO to Eugene OR, I discovered that moths had destroyed most of my sweaters. I opened the cedar chest which reeked of mothballs and there was a moth strutting around on the one skein of yarn.
I’m knitting with it right now and it’s beautiful and a delight to work with and the colors and amazing ! It is very soft although it looks like it is not and I love knitting ! I have been going through a major change in my life and for the very first time I have more unfinished projects than I care to share but they were traumatic times and they are BEHIND me. So, new sweater using this incredible yarn 🌷
