This yarn makes wonderful soap sacks. The cotton yarn is soft and durable to be used as a wash cloth and to keep the soap dry until the next use. I make 70 soap sacks each year for a women’s shelter in Maryland. It’s a gift that is very much appreciated.
This is my new favorite cotton yarn. It is smooth, very few (if any) knots per skein, and the colors are a lot of fun. It has great texture in cables and faux fisherman’s rib. I will definitely buy it again.
I've worked with 100% cotton before so am aware of the stretching issues it brings, but was knitting late at night to finish the straps of my tank and paid the price... the armholes were too low. Simple solution next night, however, was to remove the shoulder seams, take an inch out of all four straps, then reseam and voila! The navy, gray, & white with hints of soft green makes Seattle a versatile tunic length tank that I expect will travel well. The yarn worked up well, with very few hiccups.

This cotton yarn is perfect for washcloths. I use it for soap sacks which are a knit washcloth, sewn on two sides, with a bar of soap inside. The Nifty cotton splash has great colors that pool beautifully. I make these soap sacks for a women’s shelter in Rockville, Maryland. I donate every year at Christmas and they are so appreciated.
It's still on the loom, making a baby blanket. So far nice to work with, gradient is very subtle. Hope it bloom when washed.
I've knitted a swatch and the colors are not as defined in real life as in the finished products on-line. The yarn is string-like and looks to be poor quality. I will not be using it for the baby blankets I had planned, but might donate it to someone making dish rags.
