I thought the yarn was hard and stiff. Expected soft and plyable. I returned it but haven't received a refund.
I have had no problems with the quality and have had only one knot in the two balls that I have used so far. The fabric is a little coarser than I thought it would be due to the merino content but does get softer after washing.
Love this yarn. Beautiful, and softens as you work it. Brilliant.

This yarn broke as I was casting on my project! It's also very very sticky and slow to knit with. If I didn't need it for a present in a couple of weeks I'd return it and get a different yarn. Oh well.

I like yarn enough to make another shawl using the same pattern. This time a different color. I found it easy to use. I saw a pattern for a scarf using this yarn, l want to wait until l finish the shawl. Before ordering any more. Very happy with what l made.
