This yarn is sold in whole cones (or tubes). Wind-offs are not available for this yarn.

This winds up soft and with drape--a surprise from a yarn this size. it doesn't shrink as much as mercerized cotton. Nice yarn; wish they had a reliable source for it.
Rough texture, but practical for rugs
I was searching for a cotton that I could use for a specific project and wanted to test different ones out. This was far too stiff. I’ll use it to practice dying, then make a rug out of it. The rougher texture will work for a rug to put under my spinning wheel; I can add a non-slip backing and that should be fine. It’s too rough for anything else. I purchased 3 different cottons and the other 2 turned out quite well. But I still found a practical alternative for this one, so I'm not completely...
